This Way Up Story

Thank you Rebecca and the @thiswayuppodcast team for sharing my This Way Up story. โฃ๐—ง๐—›๐—œ๐—ฆ ๐—ช๐—”๐—ฌ ๐—จ๐—ฃ๐Ÿ‘†is an event and podcast featuring talks by inspirational female leaders in the creative industry. Sharing the good, the bad and the ugly of their careers. They believe that itโ€™s by sharing personal Frank stories that we can collectively support each other. Itโ€™s those valuable insights that make the journey up, a little less hard.
ใƒปใƒปใƒปRepost @thiswayuppodcast with ใƒปใƒปใƒป Next up to share her This Way Up Story we have the multitalented Jemma Moore @jemma_moore As an actor, producer and co-founder, her career canโ€™t be defined to one path, but what she has learnt along the way is pretty universal – the importance of kindness.

Dissatisfied with stifling work culture, Jemma founded her own production company to provide a transparent space and nurturing environment that she felt was missing in the film industry. Prooving sometimes you do have to be the change you want to see!

Communicating through shared experience has never felt more pertinent, so weโ€™d love to hear from you too, send us a DM or email! #thiswayupstories #thiswayuppodcast #careerstories #womeninfilm #equalpayday
